Every project is different, so we price per brief — clear scope, fixed price, no surprise invoices. Send the details below and we'll come back with a number, usually within one business day.
What you need, your timeline, and a rough budget.
Clear scope and price upfront — no surprise invoices later.
Drafts and check-ins along the way, not just a reveal at the end.
Final delivery plus a window for revisions and fixes.
One number for the agreed scope. Not an hourly estimate that grows, and not a range that firms up later.
Exactly what you receive, in what formats and sizes, so there’s no argument at handover about what was included.
How many rounds are covered, stated up front rather than discovered later.
An estimated delivery window that starts once the deposit and your materials are in hand.
A deposit to book the work and start, with the balance due on completion before final files are released.
On full payment, the final approved deliverables are yours. Full detail on our terms page.
Fixed package pricing only works when every job is the same. A single logo and a complete VTuber channel kit with model art, emotes, panels and alerts are not remotely the same amount of work — pricing them from one list means somebody always overpays.
What moves the price: how many deliverables you need, how complex they are, how many revision rounds you want, and how fast you need it. Tell us those four things and the quote comes back quickly.
Usually within one business day of receiving your brief. More detail in the brief means a faster and more accurate quote.
The price is fixed for the scope described. If you later add deliverables or change direction after approval, that’s quoted separately before we proceed.
Yes. A deposit books your place in the schedule and covers the discovery and concept work that starts immediately. The balance is due on completion.
If a deliverable doesn’t match the agreed brief, tell us within 14 days and we’ll revise it at no charge until it does. Our full refund policy covers cancellations and partial work.
Yes, for creators publishing on a schedule who need regular edits, thumbnails or social assets. Retainers can be cancelled with written notice before the next billing date.
What you need made, what it’s for, any references or existing brand files, and your deadline if you have one. If you’re unsure of the scope, describe the outcome you want and we’ll work it out.
All three — design, animation and video editing — individually or combined.
